This was a very unique modern kitchen design where the talented designer and his team tastefully introduced various colors and material elements. The stone, wood, metal, and glass with all there different colors and traits tie in beautifully. Another interesting detail to pay attention to here is the backsplash areas. The sink location has a full height splash on a track system that slides open and close for extra storage, while the stove location sits flush with the wood.

A sleek two-dimensional fireplace design that looks simple enough. However, being true craftsmen, we were flawlessly able to make the designers vision come to life with no seams and professional miters. This may require more waste and fabricating time, but in the end it is well worth the effort. Working with travertine materials is a mission in itself as the stone is very soft and chips constantly. This design goes well with the open shelves of thick wood, wide metal window frames, and is nicely proportioned with the TV and overall room itself.

Another use of the same stone from the bar area. It holds up well and offers a simple and clean look that does not take away from the intricate floor design and wall pattern.
