Some past projects include the Viking Showroom located in the A & D building of Manhattan, NY; Office Tavern Grill located in East Hanover, NJ; Macaluso’s Events & Banquets located in Hawthorn, NJ; and Barry’s Bootcamp located in Philadelphia, PA to name a few.
Templating
Send us preliminary drawings and designs to receive your initial quote. After you are satisfied with your pricing and all details are sorted out, we would require a 50% deposit that goes toward the materials and beginning phase of your project planning. Our professional templator will be sent out to your job location and measure accordingly as well as review seam locations. We always prefer the client to be present or a decision maker on site with the important information that we would require. Sink and faucet should be present on site but drilling of holes we can always do on install day.
Fabrication
Second phase of your project would require us taking all your updated details and templates to start the fabrication process. If you or the designer/architect is interested they can layout slabs via photos or in person. Typically the time frame it takes to fabricate and install is 7-10 days. All sealing of natural stone products is done in the shop prior to delivery.
Installation
The final step to receiving your brand new custom countertops is the installation process. Most buildings will require a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to be setup prior to install. We ask that you respect the difficult job the installers have and prepare a clean work space and path for the delicate and heavy stone to enter. During this process installers would typically need 3 hours for a standard kitchen install. Once finished, the team will clean the stone and reseal one last time.
